Terms of service
You have to read this terms in order to ask for a commission, please. Make sure everything is in order before requesting a slot.
TURNAROUND TIME: 1 day to a WEEK. In any case please do ask me if you commission me!Payment & Procedure:• I only accept payments done in USD with PayPal
• I can do split payments!
• There are absolutely no refunds. If you don't want your commission anymore I'll stop working on it, but I won't be giving any kind of refund. (This rule doesn't apply if I haven't started anything of the commission or if I'm the one who cancels the commission, in this case there's a full refund of your money!)
• In a couple of days you might receive the first sketch of your comms for approval. If there is something I have to change PLEASE TELL ME SO. I will NOT re-draw the image completely, if you wanted something specific you are encouraged to detail it during the requesting process.
• After the piece is finished I cannot make any kind of edits in it, so please be very specific if you need any change during the whole process!
• If you have any question please say it directly, don't try to small talk with me before asking for your comm status or anything like that, you should be polite but please get to the point.
• The turnaround time can be a maximum of 2 weeks.Requesting a slot:• I DO NOT accept written descriptions, moodboards, a collage of clothes and hairstyles as references. This would count as a Custom Design in my view and would be priced differently.
• Please don't request characters that aren't yours without prior consent.Do:• Original characters
• Fan characters
• Fanart
• Kemonomimi
• Anthro
• Soft NSFW, nudes
• Mild gore/guroDon'ts:• Mecha
• Extreme gore
• Furry
• Gross Fetishes
In addition, I cannot use your commissioned piece with commercial purposes IF it contains your characters. If it only contains canon characters I might use it for any kind of commercial purpose.
If you break any of these specific rules and don't cooperate to settle the issue, you will not only be blacklisted, but I will make a public statement to warn people about you and your behavior. If you do cooperate, I'll add you to my blacklist for some time but a public statement won't be make unless you continue to behave like that, please be careful as I do not tolerate the breaking of any of the rules specified in this section.
